Sorry to ask a stupid question but I was looking at one of these tractors at 'Newbiggen on Sea' yesterday out on the beach, but no one was around to ask are they submercible?
I see the watertight hatches and windows so just how deep can they go in?
I also suppose they are built especialy for the RNLI

Yes they are water tight specially built for the RNLI , can be submerged to the top of the exhaust if needed.

They certainly got some power and speed in them
