HMS Centurion

Although I`m not too sure, I think she was used as a target ship for fleet gunnery practice.

I belive you are correct in what you say , as she had hardly any thing for the bridge fwd.

Centurion an old KGV class Dreadnought battleship was used as a radio controlled target vessel from 1927 to 1941, for more images of her and her story see the SN Directory RIGHT HERE
