County class destroyer Commissioned 1966. She was decommissioned in Sep 1986 and sold to the Chilean Navy on 3 Oct of that year and renamed Almirante Latorre. She was decommissioned again in late 1998. On 11 April 2005 she sank in the South Pacific while under tow to be broken up.
