Chris, the view is just fantastic , the two sailors in the cutter with HMS JUPITER in the background. Very nice indeed. Thank you for sharing these beautiful photoes of Leander Class Frigates. I will appreciate very much if you can spare photoes of WHITBY/ROTHERSY, CAT and CATHEDERAL CLASS in colour in your coming uploads. Thank you again and best regards. hanef

Florrie, RMN did not acquire the Tribal Class. It is the TNI AL (Indonesian Navy) that acquired HMS ZULU, GURKHA and TARTAR renamed as KRI (kapal Rebublik Indonesia- indonesian Navy Ship)MARTHA KRISTINA TIYAHAHU(331), WILHELMUS ZAKARIAS YOHANNES (332)and HASANUDIN(333) respectively. I bellieve they have all been decommissioned and replaced by Sigma Class Corvettes. I am not sure of their fate. For your information RMN acquired HMS LOCH INSH (F433) and renamed KD HANG TUAH retaining the same penant number. She had been replaced by HMS MERMAID using the same name KD HANG TUAH which is still in service as the training ship of the RMN. Sorry , I have no photoes of the Tribal Class. Best regards. hanef
