HMS WOODLARK

Formerly HMS YAXHAM before she became a survey vessel, renamed and reliveried. Taken at the Cardwell Bay Jetty at Gourock in July 1975. Gone now and in state of extreme disrepair.

The last I heard this ship was at Milford Haven being used as a target, but she wasn't sunk. Anyone know her ultimate fate?
