Hi guys glad you all liked the picture. Her speed Roger was about 12knots and the ice thickness may be 30-40cm. It's not so much the thickness here that has stopped us but how the ice has backed up. I don't think it's the speed which helps her do her job but rather her construction, the bow kind of sits on top of the ice causing it to crack and snap quite loudly. She swept by and you could feel the vibrant power all muscle raybnz. I'll post a couple of more shots lads, see how close she comes, regards Ernie.
