A view not often seen as this part of Wellington is not easy to get too. The ferry is the SANTA REGINA and your right John this is a wind swept area that seems to get the wind from which ever way it blows.
Those sheep look awfully scared - LOL

The area looks very dry, has Wellington meen having some fine weather? Then again, it dosnt look to good on the other side of the chanel. I alway thought Wellington was always green, apart from the white stuff on the sea.

It does get dry over the summer this is not unusual and as Ron says the wind doesn't help - but please don't think it blows here all the time we do get some very nice weather as well.
Regards
Emmanuel
