Good looking bulkers weren't they. First in the fleet with accomodation aft. I sailed on Iron Horse, Afghanistan and Daghestan

In case Tim misses your question, Afghanistan had a 4 cylinder Harland and Wolf B and W. It was my first ship joined Newport Feb. 1962 left in Bidston June 1962. First trip lecky, learned more in those 4 months than my whole 5 years apprenticeship in Hawthorne Leslie's Hebburn yard. Also did 6 months on Iron Crown 4 legged Scott Doxford
Don't know about Daghestan
