Not Watkins but White's: W.E. White & Sons (Towage) Ltd., London. I'm nearly certain that this is KNOCKER WHITE, built in Holland in 1924 and now preserved.

Definitely KNOCKER WHITE, built as the CAIRNROCK in 1924 the London lighterage firm Harrisons. Think I remember her at Larne when they were building the Ballylumford tanker terminal in the sixties. Jim.

A steam tug with a Diesel engine is not very historic, sorry, even with the tall funnel.
