Thats a Dornier Do 24K flyboat from the Royal Netherlands Navy on her way to the Netherlands East Indies. Can not see if its a K-1 or K-2.

The number X-1 to X-30 were build in Germany, X-31 to X-36 were build in Holland. X-37 (The only K-2 type in the Navy) was build in Germany and X-38 to X 73 were to be build in Holland but due to the war this never took place.

All planes (X-1 to 37) were shipped to Netherlands East Indie and saw action against the Japanese. All but 2 were destroyed in those days, the two surviving planes were given to the RAAF, who kept them in the air untill 1944 when one of the two (X-10 / A49-5) crashed and the last one was decommisioned in 12-1944, due of lack of spare parts.
