L. J. Bager built 1858, lost 1875 shown in the port of Lübeck, Germany. Which is why I guess she is a ferry. And since nothing to the contrary is written, I suppose she is Swedish.

"L J Bager" (1858; 404 grt) iron paddle passenger/cargo/mail steamer built by Lindholmens, Gothenburg for Malmo Angbatsbolag. Employed on Malmo, Copenhagen, Lubeck service. Oct 3 1875 departed Lubeck and in heavy weather, caught fire off Falsterbro with about 30 lost as result of fire and abandonment. Ship later foundered.
