The U.S.S.R. Northern Shipping Company of Archangel's 1967 Navashino built LAKHTA is passing Avonmouth's south pier, inbound for Bristol's City Docks exactly fifty years ago today, on Saturday 17th October 1970.

LAKHTA was by early 1973 transferred to the Far East and was broken up in China in 2000
