The ship sliding down the ways just twenty-four days after her keelplates were laid. It will take ten days to install furnishings. The ship weighs 3200 long tons and is known as a 10,500 ton cargo vessel

It looks like the hull staging was erected in such a way that they could leave it in situ ready for the next Liberty ship to be built on that slipway. That would have saved an enormous amount of time and labour.
