Lisnave drydock Lisbon 1981

Lisnave drydock Lisbon 1981

The famous Lisnave drydock in Lisbon. Big enough to take a one million tonne tanker. Sadly the yard is now closed. Pictured here with Denholm managed 340,000 dwt ULCC's "Coastal Corpus Christi" and "Coastal Hercules" (black hulls and green accomodation)

Hi Rick,

I know the Coastal boats left Loch Striven on 9th May. But what year??? I'm beginning to think it was 1980. We were there for three months and I see the Coastal Hercules has already been painted so I'm guessing this must be June or early July 1980. I remember she had some obscure name which I believe was some type of sea shell (but weren't they all named that way?)
