Great shot. Cuzco and Aureol are in Canada No.1 dock and Canada graving dock is to the left of the picture, the other three are in Huskisson No.3.
Malakand exploded in Huskisson No.2 which no longer exists - it was filled in after the explosion but was situated in the right foreground of the picture.

Is that one of the bulk sugar boats, Crystal--- ahead of Harrison ship, looks like with the raised quarterdeck

Could well be a sugar boat, the white building is the Tate & Lyle sugar warehouse. United Molasses tankers also docked here discharging into storage tanks which were just out of pic to right.

Can someone tell me about the Malakand explosion.

I can remember watching the sugar boats unload when were berthed on the opposite berth.
