Beautiful, Jim...What a light, restrained touch you have, as if the paint comes so naturally to your fingers and brush. This is SO very much alive, so deft. The light on the hills....you catch it before it turns to shadow...Oh, my....what art I see on this Gallery...Treasure indeed. Donald.

These were the lucky ones but so were the allies that the type XXXIII boats never got the chance to have a real impact on allied shipping.
The only game I have on my PC is version of Silent Hunter which is a sim of the U boat war at sea. It has been quite an education as the player has to take his/her U boat out and get back in one piece after engaging a dangerous enemy. Those destroyers can be relentless when they have a contact.

Again Jim, a fine painting.
