I also have this photo; it apparently was taken off the Old Head of Kinsale in 1911 from a passing steamer. Ironically, this is the area where she would be torpedoed and sunk some 4 years later.

The pic is cropped - the light house is starboard bow 4 points at the 1 o'clock position - the picture is in every Lusitania book published is the last 25 years
If this were taken during her trials there would be white paint extending down another deck on the hull and out to her stem. This was painted over when they dry docked her at Liverpool before commencing service.
