Lyttelton in August

Mother nature has hammered you guys this year.Still nice pix and stay warm.

I didn't realise you got that much snow on the coast in South Island. I thought it was more in the mountains and Queenstown etc. Shows how much I know. You have certainly had some extremes of weather this year. Good luck.

Apparently we have had a one in fifty year polar blast coming up both islands today,even had a sprinkling of snow in Auckland which is unheard of ,i was at work and people were looking out of the windows sying"come and have a look its snowing"i said I came here to get away from the stuff,it was pretty measley though nothing like our man in Lyttleton there.

Tony Queenstown had around 30cm of snow yesterday morning, thats what my boy mentioned on the phone last night. Thats what he found on his doorstep in the morning.
