Always nice to see one of the old Prince boats again. The Cyprian was one of the smaller three hatch variety, most were four hathches and slightly larger. Believe it or not these little boats carried 12 passengers, mostly on round cruises, but occasionally transit passengers, usually military personnel and families to Malta and Cyprus.

The three hatch boats were built for the trade out of the Manchester Ship Canal, I served as cadet on this one and the Northumbrian, always called coffin ship because the crew never left, great runs and happy times and they always painted up like little yachts, there were a lot of passengers who came back again and again.
