Jim is absolutely correct. An unusual point of view and a very effective one. The yellows and oranges of the cranes and orange ship's deck work well with the subdued colors in the rest of the painting.

One's eye cannot help but be drawn to the shapes of the hoses and pipes that are perpendicular to each other. A fascinating composition well executed.
