The "Gonio" you see here has had a checkered life - I first met it at Liverpool Wireless College in 1951 when I was studying for my 2nd Class PMG- it then went to Aigberth when the College moved and then to Riversdale Tech - we managed to save it taking the gonio under our wing in the hugh amount of Radio, Radar and Marine gear we were collecting together under the Liverpool Marine Radio and Electronics Society. We hoped to have the Bar Light vessel Planet to be showing platform but after over 10 years and the Mersey Lightvessel Preservation Society we did not make it and found a great home for some of the gear at Fort Perch Rock.

Does anyone still have the Receiver section or atleast a picture ?

There is a picture of the receiver in a Marconi Exhibition photograph that shows the two units together. The link is http://www.shawsavillships.co.uk/radios/exhibit.htm

I have no idea how you would obtain permission to reproduce it but there may be others on the SN site that can help.
