Good question 'OC'; have no idea but taking into account the setting and content of this photo would hazard a guess 'it' went to the new owners of the 'big one'.

I think this is the model that belongs to the South Street Seaport, but is on loan to the QM and is currently on board in the model gallery on the Promenade

I'm glad I've never paid for a trip on the new QM.............I'd have seen nothing of the trip, as I'd have been sat on a stool just ogling the bloody models, lol.

to clarify, is it onboard the new Cunard Queen Mary or the original Long beach Queen Mary?

Hello FG86
to clarify, is it onboard the new Cunard Queen Mary or the original Long beach Queen Mary?
I have only just come across your post dated 2018. The above picture is taken onboard the Long Beach Queen Mary. Although I believe the ship is closed to the public due to the Covid 19.

Kind regards
Alan G
