The owner or operator is named Nereide SpA di Navigazione in Italy - the " N " probably stands for Nereide.
I'm not so familiar with this company but the Nereide Co. had at least one more tanker, " Ercole " ca. 60.000 dwt. and built in 1961 in the Ansaldo yard at Genoa.

When you say hulked 1982 do you mean broken up? If so I'll add this to the details with my photo.

In 1976 the tanker " Ecol la Spezia ", ex. " Polinice " was converted to a tank cleaning vessel, which in 1982 further was converted to a none propelled barge ( hulked ).

I've matched her in 1968, in Tirrenian Sea near Naples, when I was in cruise on "Caribia" (Siosa Line).
