New Westminster City in the Manchester Ship Canal

New Westminster City passing Bowater's Ellesmere Port dock downbound in the Manchester Ship Canal in the late 1960s.
Ship was one of 3 sister built by Doxford in 1955 / 56 for Sir William Reardon Smith & Sons. 464 feet long & 60 ft wide with a speed of 13.5 knots. The ships were sold to Greek interests in 1968 or shortly after and were scrapped in the mid to late 1970s.
