Looks a bit cramped that wheelhose, not much space to walk back and forth to pass time for the mate. He wil just have to talk to the helmsman, at least when it is cold outside on the bridge wings.

I suppose that is very heavy machinery being loaded/unloaded, or why the floating crane?
