A generator / alternator for the Falklands power plant ? ut you have already said No to that ??

Not a drive for a large sewage scew system similar to that in Cairo ??

Failing that its a pump drive with a fluid coupling ( see air cooling ducts )

Gentlemen my sincere and profuse apologies, I'd forgotten all about this, obviously another senior moment. Either that or I'm an idiot[=P]
Right to business. It is the No 3 generator set being installed on yard number 1594 RMS AMAZON.
Sorry Rick you're gonna kill me but Goldwings have generators don't they(Jester)
The engine was manufacture by Harland and Wolff in their engine works and as far as I know it was a design they acquired from Ruston to which they added a few tweeks of their own.
Am I forgiven now??(Smoke)
