Remember the Nyhavn well. In the 60s there were plenty of bars (& girls!) & was the in place to go (after the Tivoli Gardens of course!).

Yes indeed, there were in 50-60 fun with many sailors and girls,but today only tourist and probably almost the most expensive place to buy a beear

Ian: There actually is one hotel on the oposite side of the canal, it's called Betel - a bit religious... No alcohol, but relatively cheap, I think. Lots of alcohol on the pictured side [=P] ! Owned by faroese.

That hotel was my home, between the diff. ship, when i most go to another job, there was a big billard where i lost many money on my playing on it, thats liwe
