I think this is our old friend "Slieve Bearnagh" (1893; 383 grt) of the Belfast and County Down Railway Co as is the other shot "Unknown leaving Donegall Quay". The background is identical in the two shots. Could be the hapless photographer missed getting all the ship in the viewfinder in the first attempt. By the time he was ready for the second shot the ship was too far away for a detailed study.
