Rather than Dutch, I think she may be more likely to be of German origin. Her superstructure and style and placing of funnel bears some resemblance to the preserved GREUNDIEK, formerly RITA DOLLING. She was built at the Rickmers Werft in Bremerhaven in 1950 as HERMANN HANS, and had three near sisters, LEOPARD, KLAUS WILHELM and GRETCHEN VON ALLWORDEN. Some didn't have bridge wings but KLAUS WILHELM did. Miramar doesn't record any of them carrying the name PANTOKRATOR though. Although none of these may be the one, I think Germany about 1950 is probably the place to look.
