Para Handy

Coal fired Puffers (VIC - Victualling Inshore Craft) - Mary Glen and Vital Spark during the filming of the BBC production of Para Handy in June 1994. Filming took place in the Kyles of Bute between the village of Tighnabruiach on Cowal and the North end of the Isle of Bute. Photographs taken from PS Waverley on her afternoon cruise through the Kyles.

Thanks for your comment but I think you are incorrect - as long as I have known these puffers VIC's have always been Victualling Inshore Craft. Check out webpage www.clydepuffers.com
