PEGASO 1988

Well the funnel looks Achille Lauro of Italy - they did have a few cargo vessels.

She is the PEGASO Weser/Augsburg built as CONTINENTAL TRADER.

Also ex Woodburn and ex Continental Shipper. Built 1958. Achille Lauro must have acquired her in 1968 so if this is 1988, she had a good life.

I have posted a few of her as Woodburn. She became Pegaso in 1968, Sonia M. G. in 1979, Unistar in 1980 and arrived Karachi 20 May 1982 to be broken up.

So we cannot be looking at 1988 here?

A great ship,she had 3 sisterships:CONTINENTAL CARRIER-CONTINENTAL PIONEER
and CONTINENTAL LEADER.
