Project 1144.2 Peter Velikiy, 'Peter the Great'. Interesting cut out and replacement of plates on the bow. Sort of thing that might indicate a piece of machinery was added or replaced that could not be dropped down the deck levels. Still retains the 'Top Dome' (Volna) missile control radar forward for her SAN-6 'Fort' missile system, yet to be replaced with the Tomb Stone radar she is now fitted with.
Similar to the SA-10 AA ground based missile system, aka S-300 that there was rumblings about Russian selling to Iran a few years ago.
