As Ruud has pointed out the Gallery rules are that only six photos can be posted in any 24 hours. This is to avoid the photos posted earlier by other members being pushed off the display panel. I have therefore, deleted 13 of your posts today. This is a pity, because many were interesting shots. Please repeat them (six or less per day) in the future.

Its a KPM stock foto. You cannot claim copyright on items belonging to someone else. In this case Nedlloyd archive to my best knowledge which allows non-commercial use. Duivendijk claims copyright on stuff I got direct from RIL and of which I have dozens of the same image. All he did was scan it in which does not attract a copyright.
Some hobby sites claim copyright by scanning a photo in. Go to some original photogrpahers sites and hear their complaints

I am dissapointed that hobbyist do that. If Duivendijk sells his pictures or scaans he is in breach of copyright unless he has written permisiion from the owners. I somehow doubt he has.
