Seen her there last summer 10, never found out why she ended up there strange she was not scrapped, seemed an out of the way place to me to just leave her. She is pretty rusted with plates with natural viewing holes in them getting larger by the day.
I worked on her twice in the late 70's...... packing glands, fitting keys, etc........... she was originally designed to be used as a tug when necessary hence the large curved rail running from port to starboard aft this was to keep the warp above the mens heads. there is a large towing hook forward of this rail & behind the Bridge
