Two Ticonderoga class guided missile cruisers, looks like Anzio CG68 and Vicksburg CG69 but difficult to make out the numbers
if correct with the pennant No.s both built 1992 by Ingalls Shipbuilding, Pascagoula,
Class details; L 566' B 55' dr 31' 6" Disp 9,589 full load
Machinery : twin screw GE gas turbines 56,000 SHP a rather coy 30+ knots is given as the speed
Armament : Two 5" C54 rapid fire guns, two vertical launch missile systems with 122 Missiles
Two 20mm Phalanx CIWS, two 25mm Bushmaster machine guns
Six 12.75" torpedoes in two triple banks 2 LAMPS Helos.

Indeed it is N/S SAVANNAH. I think she's been moved to the James River Reserve Fleet since this pic was taken.

The Savannah is being lined up for some refurbishment work I think. They are planning to remove the last components of her reactor and turn her into a museum ship over the next couple of years as far as i've been able to find out.
