Amazing, but I've seen something like it before. Columbia river bar: coast guard, pilots, boats - completely upended.
The difference with these boats and what us normals use, is that these can go right around, can right themselves from being upside down. Difference as between a F-1 car and a private sedan. Regards, Stein.
