Fabulous set of night-time images Phill - many thanks! Was interested to see her stern-in on the SCPT, the biggest ship to have been berthed there and the mooring buoy you mention as having been placed in Campbell's Cove has been put there to give the expected bigger cruise ships safer mooring options, I believe.

It got a lot harder to photograph the ship once she left the passenger terminal. It was incredible watching her pass by and sound the horn, it echoed across the whole harbour!

Great pictures Phil. What time was that?

Thanks Sister! This was around 9pm, the Queen Mary 2 left the terminal around 8:45 and it took about 10-15 minutes to get around the Opera House and into the channel.
