Bureau Veritas Marine Register 1963 has a "REVE D'ETE" of 1938 owned by the Regie Departmentale du Morbihan, Nantes.
62 GRT, 24,47 x 4,77 x 2,76 m, built by ?? at Hamburg in 1938. Diesel engine built in 1938 by Crépelle, Lille.
And Bureau Veritas 1953 gives the "RÊVE D'ETE" of 1938 as owned by Dubois Fesseau, La Rochelle, but without builder of the ship.

I have a painting by Jean Eve dated 1954. The boat is identified as Reve D'Ete. I would post an image but don't know how to do it.
