A real good looker Tim.
Can any one tell me why so many of the ships on the River Plate run had that split superstructure design with a Hold/Hatchcover aft of the Bridge, even up to the 'final-days' of the RMSP "A" Series in the early 1960's?
Regards,

Rumour had it that it was to seperate the passengers from crew, but an alternative & more plausable one was to do with loading on the meat trade. Anyone got the right reason cause I`m only going on hearsay.
