JP, this is not the "Seven Seas" (that is the Lads vessel) I cannot make out the name of this one. My Lad is one of those "Modern Mariner's" that BD thought were not as good as him, however the "Modern Mariner" could go aboard the "old Fashioned" vessel and run it but yesterday's mariner's could not run the modern vessels (like this) of today, it would be like putting Stirling Moss (as much as I admire the man) in one of todays Formula One car's, he would not know which button to press to start it never mind getting it away.

More likely the "Seven Sisters" Jim - my lad is one of the divers on her, and they were in Aberdeen on Sunday, sailed mid morning, I think.

Cheers,
Willie

That is the Seven sisters! the Sea's is a good bit bigger and is a pipelay vessel! this is an ROV vessel, i work for Subsea 7! Shes a nice ship, If theres divers aboard they must have an airdive spread on, which could be the two Frames under the crane on the Port side

Seven Sisters. Of all their ships in British waters, this has to be Subsea 7's most elusive. They've commissioned the odd painting, so I've tried to maintain a decent album of Subsea 7's ships - but this is the one that gets away. Every time. The moment I'm able to head for Aberdeen or Peterhead, she's calling for linesmen.

What can I say!
My way of getting out of a boob is to say that I was just testing your powers of observation!
