An interesting and coincidental story Peter; but your website is better - full of interesting items and great photos! Much enjoyed. Regards, Rick

Nice to see everbody with a tie on ! Just wondering where the picture was taken. I was at Riversdale from 65-67 with BP Tankers and met a lot of Shell apprentices then but can't remember any names. Well it was forty odd years ago.

I was at Riversdale during the period of the photograph and a couple of faces are familar but dont know any names . Shell were in a class . Elder Dempsters another and Brocklebank & Alfred Holts were mixed together in another class . We all tended to mix with our class mates .
The Aiggie was a common ground but was mostly Elder Dempsters , Blue Flue and Brocks . Perhaps Shell had a different watering hole .
