Thanks Jeff - these Iron Pot shots of your's are terrific, did you manage anything closer of "Shenandoah" under sail, she has to be a stunning sight with all canvas set!

Hi again Mike
I'd love to say yes, but the couple that I took of her ''shadowing'' ALFA ROMEO up the river off Half Moon Bay were already in semi darkness, very low light and came out, not unexpectedly rather ''soft'' (more so than the pix already posted) so I didn't post them for fear I'd be ridiculed!!
Glenn (kelgels) mentioned in a comment to one of my posts saying he took a pic of SHENANDOAH under sail from Tinderbox which would have been earlier in the day and a lot closer than my viewpoint from home so hopefully he'll post it on this site.
I saw her in the late afternoon tacking back and forth in Storm Bay, but at no point did she have her topsails set, viewed with my tripod mounted telescope she still made a wonderful sight with the setting sunlight on the sails that she did have set.
Looking forward to the day when we will host another Tall Ships Race like 1988 or a massed Tall Ships Visit like the one 10 years later in 1998.
