Super photograph Robert's. The Liverpool registered SODIUM (147225), 608grt/1923 built by C. Rennoldson & Co Ltd, South Shields, 180.2 x 28.2 x 10.7 ft with a MacColl & Pollock Ltd, Sunderland triple. She was the last coal burner in the ICI fleet to work out of ICI's Burn Naze jetty on the Fleetwood side of the River Wyre, limestone in from Raynes Quarry, Llanddulas and soda ash out to Belfast, Dublin, Glasgow and Liverpool. Seen here in her original hull colours and funnel marking she looks as though she has turned in the river and is kicking astern to come alongside the jetty.

Just posted a sketch based on this photo. Thanks for posting the photo, she was a bonny wee vessel.
