I am pretty certain she was never named that.
Beleive this to be a Wallsend built ship, originally one of several of this type.
I must do some research, not much on the net!
The Subro Victor that was renamed North Sound was originally the Festivity of Everards, Built 1963 by Fellows at Gt Yarmouth. she was renamed 74 GYRINUS - 77 SUBRO VICTOR - 79 NORTH SOUND - 86 SWIFTWOOD

You're quite right Derek. This SUBRO VICTOR was built Clelands, Wallsend in 1968 as the FUTURITY for F.T. Everard & Sons. Later she became KATIE, MARKOS B, SANSAO and CONSUELO.

As you say, there were quite a few of this type, including FORMALITY, TOWER DUCHESS/PRINCESS/MARIE (The latter built by Hepworth) plus others that I can't remember for now.

Thanks Phil
Saved me the job of looking her up. But just to satisfy myself had found her in the book "Everard of Greenhithe"

My old ship, joined her while fitting out at Clelands in 68 for FT Everards, (you can still see the painted over Everards Flag on the stem), skippered by John Haig (crew of 4 plus Penny the dog), mates name was Malcolm ?, left yard for Hartlepool on a Friday morning to load coke for Terneuzen, after docking in Hpool we were given the weekend off, arriving back on the Monday we found that someone had pinched the fridge!!!, we had to go ashore to restock at a local supermarket, Oh happy days.

The Klydon that was in trouble on the west coast was smaller, built in 1963 and looked like a trawler. She became the Alga for Alginate Industries
