The motor vessel Telde (2978 grt / 1659 nrt) was launched on April 12th, 1934 by the Deutsche Werft A.G., Reiherstiegwerft, Hamburg and completed on July 21st, 1934 as M/S Sof

Another interesting picture, thanks for posting.
Might be I'm wrong, but I have the impression of snow covering the pipes in the foreground. If so, it's not July/August 1940. And the designation "A xx" was carried on other ships at the bow and near the stern, so the picture is very probably taken after the cancellation of Sealion only.
