Billy, thank God for that, didn't We need them. I am in Awe of all these Guys who fought and in a lot of cases died for this country. I wonder what They would think of it now?.

Tony, I can quite imaging what his thoughts would be of the country today that he fought for: Why did I bother" don`t you agree?

ceylon, What I feel about what's going on in this country today doesn't help the BP very much.

Tony, I don't think he would be too happy, with just cause, why did he and all the others bother ?.
I guess it was all down to national pride & the British spirit..............

In reallity, I don't suppose he had much choice. The war started and all those in the forces at the time were in it as the lads are today. But the cause was different,they were fighting for Our country's survival.
