Did she have a layover at Hobart? TAUPO was in NZ discharging general from mid September till October 7 when she departed from New Plymouth for Hobart.
She certainly looks very empty.

David, sorry to mislead you with the date as I don't think she had a layover in Hobart in late 1969. I never wrote dates on my slides but instead catalogued them using the processing numbers and date that Kodak put on each slide so the slide would have been taken before Nov69 which was the processing date. I would agree that the photo was most likely taken in october 1969.
