Surely not a genuine photo. Titanic has 3 lines of portholes below the gold band. If this were genuine a whole deck would be under the waterline. Hope
the ports were well screwed up!!

Tmac,
I thought that she was in drydock and the water was from the leaking Main Watertight Sluice Valve that was up for repair!!!! LOL

I am disappointed by the degree of disrespect shown on this site towards my posting and more importantly the quality of H&W manufacturing ability. The watertight sluice door referred to was working correctly in all respects as can be testified to by the fact that the vessel did indeed sink as predicted. If careful observation is given to the photograph one can see that a lower deck is already under water and the lifeboats are being swung out prior to launch.
I am deeply hurt and offended that my photographs should be regarded with such levity. [=P] (Jester)

Was the scaffolding up for'ard to catch Kate & Len in case they fell during the flying scene?
Hang in there Oul hand - I bet there are many members who are just jealous 'cos you also got to advise on the nude scene (you kept that quiet!)
Keep them coming Oul hand - please!
Kind regards,
John.

Them there funnels look oval to me like the old "Passing Cloud" coffin nails if anyone remembers them.

Was this an early attempt at streamlining, or did you have to squash them to get them out of that shed shown in another photo? ;)
