Definitely Grassy Bay Anchorage in Bermuda but I cannot identify the vessel alongside? Any ideas?

it's a ex wooden minesweeper that the admiralty converted to deguaseing ships that demagnetisyed ship to protect them from magnetic mines . a name i heard them called was mickey mouse minesweeoers

As far as I am aware the RN gave them the nickname because of the large minesweeping winch drums, the ends of which resembled Mickey Mouse's ears.
