Most probably Beaver, as the Birmingham was just aft with the Scylla when the picture was taken.

As always Steve it's great to see your collection, but it still angers me to see a 10-12 year old ship on the trot like this. The stretched 22's were such a great operating platform and should still be a great asset to us now.

I heard that Beaver was in poor nick, maybe Warship Disposal can confirm this, hence why she went to the breakers pretty quick. I do agree thought that these ships premature retirement was a crime. Why we couldn't maintain a standby squadron is beyond me.

The smaller hanger should not have really posed a problem as even some of the batch 3 ships still only embark Lynx helicoptors
